By using TravelDate, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the TravelDate application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, our privacy policy and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

To use TravelDate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Be able to enter into a legally binding contract
Not be prohibited from using our services by law
Not have been previously banned from TravelDate

3. Your account

3.1 Account creation

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
Create only one account
Not share your account with others

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for all activities performed on your account. Report any unauthorized use immediately.

4. Code of conduct

Prohibited behaviors: Any violation of these rules may result in the suspension or permanent deletion of your account.

4.1 Prohibited content

You must not post or share:

Sexually explicit or pornographic content
Violent, threatening or hate-inciting content
Personal information of others without their consent
Spam, advertisements or commercial solicitations
Fraudulent or misleading content
Content infringing intellectual property rights

4.2 Prohibited behaviors

It is strictly prohibited to:

Harass, threaten or intimidate other users
Impersonate another person
Use the application for illegal purposes
Solicit money from other users
Use bots or automated scripts
Attempt to bypass security measures
Collect data from other users

4.3 Respectful interactions

We expect all members to:

Treat others with respect and courtesy
Respect the boundaries and refusals of others
Report inappropriate behavior

5. User content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting it on TravelDate, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with our services.

5.2 Liability

You are solely responsible for the content you post. TravelDate is not responsible for user-generated content.

6. Reporting and moderation

You can report any inappropriate content or behavior. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action:

Warning
Content removal
Temporary suspension
Permanent ban

7. Limitation of liability

TravelDate is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
The accuracy of information provided by users
The outcome of your interactions with other members

Personal safety: Be cautious when meeting others. TravelDate does not perform background checks. Meet other members in public places.

8. Intellectual property

TravelDate and its content (logo, design, code) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Termination

9.1 By you

You can delete your account at any time from the application settings.

9.2 By us

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in the event of a violation of these terms.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
